| Remote monitoring and control of industrial automation and control the importantapplication form, in the energy, automotive, aerospace and many other fields have a widerange of applications. The gateway module is the core component of the remote monitoringsystem, reliable and stable network gateway module to improve the overall function ofremote monitoring system has very important significance.According to the author’s group research and development of remote monitoring inthe gateway software modules for analysis and design, research and implementation of thefollowing aspects:(1). In the analysis of ARM platform, embedded operating system and the GSMsystem based on relevant technology, completed based on ARM7TDMI kernel S3C44B0remote monitoring gateway design work, developed a remote monitoring gatewayrealization process technology. According to the overall design of the system requirements,transplantation for the system bootloader, uClinux kernel were cutting.(2). According to the driver characteristics and remote monitoring gateway designprocess requirements, this paper on the monitoring gateway design of display module,keyboard module language module and the hardware drive program design anddevelopment, and in the process of realization of interrupt undertook relatively detaileddescription, and the corresponding design.(3). In the hardware are analyzed in detail and the design basis, this article focuses onthe remote control gateway software module of the main program, LCD menu querysubroutine, wiring procedures, voice recording subroutine and GSM module design and therealization, through the realization of functions of each module, designed to achieve thiswith all the features and requirements. Based on the designed system for debugging and testing shows that the hardware,reliable working performance, stable operation of a software program is also presented inthis paper, the design scheme and realization method is correct and feasible. |
