With thenetwork, the information economy era, the implementation of the electronic budgetmanagement system, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, improveefficiency, save labor costs, and achieve precise control of the enterprise funds.This paper discusses the implementation of the budget approval, management systems,ASP.Net, carefully combing the corporate financial budgeting methods and processes for theimplementation of the financial budget system more efficient, easier to manage corporatepractice, a solution based on budget approval workflow management system to achieveannual cost estimates, the annual balance budget and special budget three functions and thecorresponding approval process. The main functions of the system include annual budgeting,the annual budget adjustment, sporadic budget adjustments and budget inquiry function.Various departments can only check the department’s budget approval and statisticalinformation, the Administration Department to budget approval and statistical summaryinformation of all sectors of the Bank. User rights management, strictly control each step ofthe budget approval, the preparation of the budget and to issue process is standardized,transparent, and improves the efficiency of budget management.
