Laser cutting machine is a kind of pole piece for lithium battery which meet therequirements of the production, it enjoys a cutting speed, high production efficiency; cutquality, narrow kerf, less burr; adaptable material, less tool wear, etc. This issue combinedwith lithium battery production process, based on the PCI bus system of laser cutting machine.It can achieve duplex bit of coordination control and precise cutting trajectory control, andenbrace a real-time performance, high precision motion control, to a certain extent, improveddie-cutting machine performance.This article focuses on the PCI bus and the FPGA logic control, laser control to discuss,specifically including PCI9054PCI bus compatible design, and it uses VHDL language andFPGA logic to achieve the local PCI bus, HAL architecture, laser cutting, several motioncontrol logic parts.Compared with the normal design of the existing laser cutting machine, we finallyconfirm to use the "FPGA and PCI" host controller hardware architecture. PCI bus has itstransmission speed advantages, it can meet the requests of a large number of data exchangebetween motion controller and PCI,by the host computer program for data processing andlaser cutting trajectory of motion control, FPGA as a data command "transfer station "for thecontroller forward or turn the module data transfer, command, status, FPGA also determinethe characteristics of its own controller upgrade has certain advantages.In the RTlinux operating environment of the open platform EMC2G-code interpreter tore-compile, linear acceleration and deceleration algorithm to achieve a G-code programmingthe laser cutting path of motion control, and in the EMC2the concept of the HAL frameworkand implementation mechanism based on the analysis, the framework proposed system HAL.
