In order to meet people’s higher requirement of mobile communication system, the LTE mobile communication system brought by3GPP have made a great breakthrough in higher data rates, more system capacity, efficienct spectrum, stronger immunity, lower business costs and other aspects, so it is with great research value. The appearance of LTE is a comprehensive technical innovation to the whole communication industry. Japan issued four LTE licenses in2009. South Korea SK telecom began to set up LTE network from September2011. And China Mobile also plans to launch LTE related services in Hong Kong in2012. Now, several big communication equipment companies are competing for the upcoming market of LTE.Combining with the actual LTE base station development project of Fiber Home, this paper mainly studied the algorithm and implementation principle of LTE PDSC H. Built the link-level simulation platform of PDSCH transmitter in MATLAB, teste d every processing modules to ensure the correctness of the simulation link’s output si gnal.And fixed-point program is also simulated according to the demand of DSP impl ementation. The MSC8156DSP of Freescale has a high price advantage and it provid es hard processors within IC for the development of LTE system to complete some co mplicated mathematical algorithms to reduce the development costs and complexity. So we choose this DSP to implement the PDSCH transmitter of LTE system. Base on the flexible scheduling of multi-core DSP, the system used the scheduling method of "Half Static and Half dynamic", We implemented the PDSCH on MSC8156DSP thr ough the Code Warrior development platform, included modules such as CRC, code bl ock segmentation, channel coding, rate matching, scrambling, modulation, layer map ping and precoding etc. And the test result of the correctness and real-time of this PD SCH transmitter system is meet the requirements of the relevant test cases in3GPP36.141specification.
