As the most important fundamental energy industry of the national economic growth,the power industry has undergone a rapid development, while more and more people beginto get involved in work to do with the electric energy measurement testing. But the slowknowledge updating, expertise as well as the business skills differ from person to person,all of that has greatly affect electric energy measurement work‘s carrying out. Meanwhile,all kinds of problems need to be solved immediately as the foundation of the smart grid,such as how to make the staff become familiar with the new devices etc. Therefore,systems that can simulate spot failures in the laboratory and provide training have beenpaid more and more attention. The thesis comes out in this context, in which, a simulationtraining system for electric energy measurement is designed by taking the advantage of theup-to-date technology as well as the power company staff’s training process.In this thesis, the power energy measurement and simulating training which coversfrom domestic field to international is reviewed in the first. After that the disadvantagesand the advantages of the existing systems are analyzed and summarized, which lay asolid foundation for the design of the simulating system. Secondly, in order to regulate theuse of terminology, a more-detailed requirement analysis by using the UML(UnifiedModeling Language) is completed, including analysis of system users and businessactivities and so on. Beyond that, the system takes the architecture of B/S combined withC/S taking the requirement of simulation speed in electric energy measurement intoconsideration. And the synchronization method between local computer and server-side isreferenced, as well as the functional model of the system and database has been designed.Finally, based on the design which is completed, the simulation training system forelectric energy measurement which is an extensive as well as flexible is to be developedwith the technology of J2EE for energetic measurement by taking the usage ofSSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)-a open-source framework.The system talked above provides the functionality of simulating and training, themain part of the system is designed with the B/S architecture because the simulating partplays an essential role in the whole system which also requires the ability to run separatelywhile the sub-system takes the C/S architecture. The system has been deployed anddelivered successfully and can run stable.
