| In recent years, online shopping market in china has been keeping multiple developmentmomentum and its transaction scale has been maintaining high growth. In the period2008-2010, domestic online shopping market scale had kept the growth rate of more than100%. The year-on-year growth in2011was49.89%and in2012will be60%. It is expectedthat Chinese e-commerce market will remain stable growth with50.3%annual compoundgrowth. Urban residents is the main force of Chinese e-commerce market consumption and itis reported that Shanghai, Beijing,Shenzhen and some other metropolises occupy60%of theamount of e-commerce consumption. These cities and areas surrounding them are and will bebecoming important logistic layout of e-commerce enterprises. The rapid development of theelectronic commerce and the growth of outbreak e-commerce demands led to the citydistribution problem. The traditional logistics enterprise is suffering great pressure brought bythe jumps of express amount. Many problems arise such as personnel tension, limited space,insufficient sites, and even "warehouse burglary" cases brought by the "double11" saleswhich have appeared since2010.This paper established three-layer architecture of urban e-commerce logistics consideringsynthetically characteristics of e-commerce logistics and practical problems of citydistribution. They are CDC, CDS and CDDS. Combined with the three layer structure thispaper focused on three aspects. The first was realization of division of distribution area andlocation of CDDS based on the order density model, distribution sites’ distribution abilitymodel and modified grid clustering algorithm to find the solution. The second wasestablishment of LRP model of CDCã€CDS and CDDS. The third was to use tree structure tocode the solutions of the model using PGA combined with TS algorithm to find the solution tothe model. This study used the data of a domestic large-scale e-commerce company’sdistribution network data in Shanghai to verify the model and the algorithm. This study based on the design of urban logistics distribution network under electroniccommerce to optimize the actual problem through researching on the current status andproblems of e-commerce logistics distribution network. On the basis of necessity and urgencyof these problems to be solved, the foreign and domestic researches on the solutionapproaches and scheme of these problems were elaborated. The theories, methods and toolswere concluded and summarized for optimizing the design and implementing urban logisticsdistribution network. In order to adapt the actual business needs of urban logistics distributionnetwork in circumstance of e-commerce, logistics network model was put forward with theoptimized combination of logistics network layout and connection paths of network nodes.Through the combination of the improved grid clustering algorithm, taboo search algorithmand pertheno-genetic algorithm, the model was solved and decision-making system of urbanlogistics distribution network was realized. A satisfactory optimization proposal was obtainedby operating business data in the actual project. At last, the research process was summarized,shortcomings were analyzed and future research direction was put forward. |
