With the promotion of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy and the construction of urban-rural integration, the rural market economy has grown vigorously, but at the same time, the unbalanced development of urban-rural logistics system has restricted the integration and two-way circulation between urban and rural markets, resulting in the contradiction between the rising demand of urban-rural two-way logistics and the relatively insufficient effective supply capacity of urban-rural logistics network. In order to solve this problem,we need to start from the logistics supply side, build urban and rural joint distribution center, integrate urban and rural two-way logistics network, improve the effective service capacity of urban and rural logistics network, and promote the integration of urban and rural logistics development. Therefore, considering the demand characteristics of urban and rural two-way logistics market,it is of great practical significance to deeply study the structure and operation mode of urban and rural joint distribution network, and put forward the optimization strategy of integrated joint distribution center location and vehicle routing(LRP).In the decision-making process of integrated optimization of facility location and vehicle routing in urban-rural joint distribution network, the two-way circulation characteristics of urban and rural markets need to be considered comprehensively. The similarities and differences between urban and rural production and consumption market demand are the basis of the integration and shading of two-way logistics network, and also bring greater opportunities and challenges to urban and rural joint distribution. It is difficult for urban and rural joint distribution operators to make scientific and rational decisions on facility location and vehicle routing through qualitative analysis, but they need to apply systematic thinking to integrated modeling and analysis of site selection, distribution and other issues.Considering fully the characteristics of urban-rural joint distribution network operation mode under two-way circulation, this study establishes an optimization model of distribution center location and vehicle routing with the lowest total cost under the simultaneous delivery service mode;designs a two-stage hybrid heuristic algorithm based on hierarchical solution strategy, which combines clustering analysis, maximum coverage and genetic algorithm;and verifies the model through an example analysis. The validity of the model and algorithm is validated by data simulation. Finally, the integrated optimization scheme of location and route arrangement of distribution center is obtained, and the operation strategy is put forward through the result expansion analysis. There are 18 figures,22tables and 69 references in this paper.
