| With the promotion of urban-rural integration,the development direction of e-commerce enterprises and third-party logistics enterprises gradually shifts from cities to rural areas with lower economic development level,constantly improves logistics services for rural areas,optimizes the distribution of logistics network in rural areas,and provides strong support for logistics enterprises in the two-way circulation between agricultural products sinking and industrial products rising.Effectively connecting urban and rural areas.By adopting the urban-rural two-way logistics distribution mode,the distance between rural and urban logistics distribution system is narrowed,and the efficient circulation of logistics,information flow and logistics resources between urban and rural areas is realized.However,the development of urban and rural logistics distribution is also faced with the restriction problem of low two-way efficiency,and the loss of agricultural products in the transportation increases the logistics transportation cost,hindering the improvement of urban and rural logistics distribution efficiency.Therefore,how to optimize the route planning and material loading of two-way logistics distribution between urban and rural areas has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper studies the optimization problem of urban-rural two-way logistics distribution route under the condition of considering the damage factors of agricultural products,realizes urban-rural two-way logistics distribution by third-party logistics enterprises,strengthens urban-rural distribution network connection,drives rural economic development,optimizes urban-rural two-way logistics distribution route,and reduces the cost of intermediate links.The main contents include the following parts:(1)Analyze the current urban and rural logistics distribution process.On the one hand,there are more relevant logistics circulation nodes in the distribution process,which is one of the reasons for the increase of transportation costs.In the return journey,due to the lack of vehicle management,the problem of low-efficiency cargo is caused by no-load or improper distribution of goods,resulting in the failure to maximize the use of information resources and vehicle space resources.On the other hand,agricultural products are generally vulnerable and perishable.Through the description of the basic operation process of urban-rural two-way logistics distribution mode,the qualitative analysis of urban and rural consumer groups,combined with the advantages of urban-rural two-way logistics distribution,the necessity and feasibility of urban-rural two-way logistics distribution path optimization and innovation are explained from several aspects of external and internal factors.(2)An optimization model of urban-rural two-way logistics distribution route considering agricultural goods damage was established.The model was optimized with multiple objectives.In this paper,three objectives were adopted,namely total distribution cost,customer satisfaction and mileage utilization rate,and genetic algorithm was selected.Finally,the numerical analysis method is used to process the data of urban and rural customers provided by A logistics company,and the established model is applied to the distribution route arrangement of A logistics company.MATLAB R2018 a is used to program the optimization analysis of the distribution route under the two-way and one-way distribution mode considering and without freight damage respectively.It is determined that under the premise of considering the damage of agricultural products,the implementation of urban-rural two-way logistics distribution scheme of A logistics company can reduce the cost loss of logistics distribution and improve the quality of logistics distribution. |
