Research On Risk Management Of Software Development Project

Today is an information age, the software industry rapidly develops. Along withthe problem of software project management issues have become increasinglyprominent, especially on risk identification, evaluation, response and control. Riskmanagement issues now attract more and more people’s attention. Due to its owncharacteristics, the risk management of software project has highly difficulty.Minority software enterprise can carry on effective risk management. The law ofmarket economy and enterprise oneself request risk management is an essentialimportant component part of project management.In this paper, On the basis of the software project risk management,thenoverviews the software life cycle theory, based on the software life cycle theory, thisarticle from the perspective of logic, explanation of the software risk management：theprocess of risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk control, but alsofrom the dimension of time, explanation of the software life cycle risk management’sfocus, in addition, this paper also summed up the current comparison of8kinds ofmainstream risk management model. The research on software project riskmanagement has some reference function.
