Currently, the data acquisition system has been widely used in the military,aerospace electronic equipment, Space technology, industrial and other fields. With thecontinuous development of science and technology, especially the rapid rise of theelectronics industry, the accuracy of the data acquisition, processing speed and volumeof the system have been put forward higher requirements in the field of basic scientificresearch, industrial applications, defense science and technology.Firstly, this paper describes the basic techniques of data acquisition, analysis andcompares the characteristics of commonly used ADC device, then for the technicalrequirements of the practical application, completion of the high-precision dataacquisition and data processing system that used in the navigation field. This systemincludes a high-precision data acquisition module that based on high precision Σ-△ADC and a high-speed data processing module that as the core of DSP+FPGA. Andthen completes the selection of devices, discusses the PCB design rules, completed thevarious parts of the circuit of the entire system design and produces the entire dataacquisition and processing system. Finally, calculates and analyzes the system noiseand drift, and test the parameters of the acquisition system, includes the acquisitionaccuracy, Linearity, Symmetry and stability, The test results demonstrate that theeffective of sampling accuracy of this system up to19, and has better stability andadaptability, achieve and exceed the technical requirements of the project.
