| RFID Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is a non-contact automaticidentification technology by using wireless channels.It has many advantages compared withthe bar code:reading and writing of distance and speed, can carry a large number of data, andit can work in damp, drying a harsh environment. At the same time it’s hard to forge andintellectual higher. RFID is widely used in the drug manufacturing and sale, clothing transportand logistics, ocean fishery industry, and so on.High frequency band of RFID technology is widely used also in the modern supply chainmanagement and intelligent logistics management. Low frequency of RFID technology hasbeen in more mature than high-frequency technology, and which is not able to read furtherdistance, can be more informative, prevent conflict more strong ability, but UHF band have.Therefore, high frequency band of RFID technology become focus of research gradually andall kinds of products also emerge in endlessly, and with the band related products appliedgradually, and the economic benefit and social benefit is increasingly obvious.This paper is based on ISO/IEC18000-6C air interface agreement, and on the basis of theachievements on the current, we also learned the radio frequency identification technology andembedded technology theory.so we puts forward the UHF Reader design schemer with thegoal of forming quickly products, reading and writing instruments, the fast response, the rapidprocessing, reading the distance, and with the characteristics of low power consumption.In terms of hardware design, we use a LM3S8962chip produced by Luminary Microcompany as the main controller, constitute the main control and reset, Ethernet, serialcommunication, state instructions circuits, etc; RF transceiver chip adopt AS3992chip thatproduced by Austria microelectronics company. This chip is ramming Simply Gen2IC performance, at the same time, it also inherited the best power consumptioncharacteristics.The low power consumption characteristics combined with the new advancedfunction, make AS3992become the most advanced Gen2IC on the market at present.In software design, we choose the μC/OS-II operating system as embedded operatingsystem and Software modular design and structured programming ideas to realize the highreliability design and real-time.we choose Keil uVision4as Software development environment and C language with Assembly language as programming language. |
