| With rapid improvement of the semiconductor production,communication and computer technology,wireless sensor has become a hot research topic in the field of sensor both at home and abroad today and it has been successfully used in many fields such as military,civilian and commercial.The wireless sensor has a promising prospect of being applied to them.Now it is difficult to monitor the temperature of high-voltage device in the electric power industry,and give a early warning.In order to handle these difficulties,a temperature monitor system based on Wireless Sensor Networks has been presented by the author’s laboratory.WSN is low-cost,low-power,high security and has a wide range of network coverage.With these advantages of WSN,the system solves the problems:hard to monitor the temperature of high voltage equipment.Sensor nodes as miniaturized embedded systems are the basis of WSN application. This thesis starts with hardware design of WSN sensor node,set up low-cost,low-power,high-anti-interference as the design specifications,according to which to carry out the chip selection. And then designs the hardware of Microprocessor module,RF module,power module and sensor module separately.The design take the Texas Instruments company’s ultra-low power MSP430F2618MCU as the core,combined with2.4GHz wireless transceiver modules CC2520and peripheral sensors.They constitute WSN sensor node.Under laboratory conditions,this paper realize the designer plan,test and analyze communication distance and energy consumption of the node.At last,point to point communication for TMP006sensor and PT100sensor are tested to prove the node could meet the project demand.The node accomplish hardware platform for the temperature measurement project which is based on Wireless Sensor Network,ensure the smooth progress of this project. |
