| Educational administration management is one of most importanttasks in colleges, covering a wide series of requirements of the disciplines,teachers and students. With the continuous improvement of the teachingmechanism and teaching reformation, educational administrationmanagement also presents an increasingly tough situation. As theeducational administration management system itself is an informationmanagement system with trivial functions and complex information, thispaper, from the higher vocational colleges on the reality of the educationaladministration, we propose to study an educational administrationmanagement system based on B/S model, considering the real-liferequirements of educational administration management in colleges.Based on the analysis and comparison of the existing research efforts,we have analyzed the B/S model of educational administrationmanagement system, considering the requirements and the characteristicsof higher vocational colleges. We also consider the overall business logic and organization structure of educational administration management, anddesign a reasonable B/S model of the system architecture, to achieve betterexpansibility for the system. By analyzing the structure of the information,we use E-R model to design the database for the system. The educationaladministration information is stored in relational database and used tosupport information processing based on database. When designing thesystem, we also consider the secure requirements and propose a securitymechanism from the aspects of technology, business and management.Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of the current credit system ofteaching management, we also study the applications of the credit systemrules engine in the educational administration management system,building a more flexible educational administration management systemadaptive to the various requirements. According to the requirements of thecourse arrangement in educational administration management, we proposea method of automatic course arrangement based on topological sort, tosupport a more effective automatic arrangement. In the application ofcourse arrangement, we also implement the teaching workload statisticsand analysis. Moreover, we apply the proposed the system in the campus network environment, to illustrate the research work in this paper.In this paper, we study the educational administration managementsystem based on B/S model. Generally, our work reflects the requirementsof higher vocational colleges’ daily academic affairs management, realizesthe corresponding functional modules, simplifies the educationaladministration management process, and improves the efficiency of highervocational colleges’ educational administration management. Moreover,the system adopts the popular B/S structure, which makes the systemstructure more reasonable and the users operations more convenient. |
