Along with the development and the scale of Chinese higher vocational educationhave been continuously enlarged, the registration of enrollment was a rugged test, thetraditional paper-based enrolling and processing mode based on man information havebeen difficult to satisfy the demand of professional qualification training enrolling. Atthe present time, some qualification examinations in our country have gradually beganto use the forms of entering for examination from web. Enrollment with Web-based andregistration system have been gradually used the demand of all groups and profession.Aiming at the situation and requirements of the training of the professional qualificationand enrolling of University of Electronical Science and Technology of China ZhongshanInstitute, the paper made a profound analysis the feasibility of design andimplementation of the registration of enrollment based on Web. This paper mainlyintroduced the following contents: In the first, the paper analyzed the basiccharacteristics of system and discusses the goal of design and development. The paperanalyzed about the main problems of design and development adopting the basictheories and method of system engineering and software engineering, which includedbasic principles of design, standards abided and functional requirement etc. In thesecond, the system was divided into different modules according to differentrequirement, included enrolling module, student module, management module andsystem management module. The paper established the main architecture of systemaccording to the describe of system function structure. At last, the paper discussed thedesign and realization of main module of system in detailed, which main includedlogin module, students affairs management module, management module, systematicmanagement module and database systems, etc. The paper realized the transformationfor enrollment of professional qualification from long-term repeatability of manualoperation to simple and convenient of person-machine operation. The system increasedoperation efficiency and avoided the human fault, and break the limitation of time andspace for enrollment of professional qualification, it was convenient to studentenrollment. Also, the research of paper was beneficial to realize the standardization of information management of university enrolment, it had theory value and utility value.
