Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial(DVB-T) is a kind of digital TV transmission standardwhich uses open ground transmission media for MPEG-2.Through its participation in the DVBOrganization experts years of argument,the DVB-T adopts COFDM code division multiplexingorthogonal frequency modulation technology,accompanied by the powerful error correctingcodes,achieve the balance between spectrum efficiency and transimission reliability.The thesis is to take Europe DVB-T COFDM Technology as basis.It mainly studies the designand implementation of software in FPGA of channel coding and modulation of DVB-T transimittersystem.The main research as following:It analyses the key technology of Europe DVB-T transmitter system having summed up thestandard of OFDM and DVB-T,and asecertaines the system design plan of channel coding andmodulating.Elaborate on the channel coding and modulation module design of the DVB-T transmittersystems.Specifically including energy dispersal、RS coding、convolutional interleaving、convolutioncoding、internal inter leaver、constellation mapping、frame to form、inverse fast fourier transformand adding the guard interval.It also makes an optimization to design of energy diffused and innerintertexture.Programming and simulating each module with hardware description language VHDL inFPGA software platform Quartus II environment and analyzes the simulation results in detail.Eachmodule of software design and simulate result accord with DVB-T standard and can accomplish theentire transimitter system with FPGA hardware system.
