As an important part of industrial production, the data acquisition system can improve the quality and efficiency of the industrial products by inspecting and controlling industrial products.As two important indicators of the data acquisition system performance,Improving Sampling Precision and Conversion Rate can be more accurately to detect and monitor.After serious study on AD chip at home and abroad, this paper finally used ADUC7060from ADI,it has the function of E-AADC.This paper presents the design of high-resolution data acquisition system,the hardware circuit including a power supply circuit,the simulation interface circuit,the isolation circuit,the controller module,the ADC module, the temperature detection module,the display module,the communication module,the storage module and the protection module. At the same time, this paper completes the design of the system software, the system will filter,storage and delivery the signal acquisition,and the preparation of a host computer program is used to display the collected data.The data acquisition system has many advantages,such as high resolution,fast sampling, stability, anti-interference ability, strong expansion and so on.
