With the rapid development of sensor, data acquisition systems are widely used in the military, avionic devices, industrial control and other areas.The thesis focuses on the design of 24-bit high precision data acquisition system. Firstly, analyzing various error sources according to the design requirements. Comparing the characteristics of the commonly used A/D device and putting forward the overall scheme of high precision data acquisition and detailed design of PCI bus interface, signal conditioning channel, analog-to-digital conversion module, device driver and instrument driver. Finally, the thesis completed the high precision data acquisition system design, production and debugging, the actual test results meet the design requirementsThe main content of this thesis can be summarized as:1. Design the overall scheme of the high precision data acquisition system.2. Study and design the low-noise signal conditioning channel, programmable gain automatic control module and digital filter. It can achieve 24-bit resolution and 52 KHz sampling frequency for input signal.3. Research on the hardware design of bus interface and software-driver design. The PCI bus is used for data transmission interface in consideration of ease of integration.4. Design the driver for data acquisition module in the Driverstudio scenery to complete the data acquisition, channel gain selection, AC and DC-coupled switching, IEPE excitation source switching, data storage and other basic functions.5. Analyze the spectrum of collected data and the dynamic range can reach 90 d B by using the MATLAB. Test results show that the module designed can achieve a 90 d B dynamic range and has a good integration.
