In view of the current situation and progress of networks’integration in China, the thesis considers the period from2010up to now as the primary stage of networks’integration.First of all, the thesis analyzed the networks’integration and media literacy education in and out of China, argued about the initial relationship between media and media literacy according to communication theories as well as the data analysis of a questionnaire, which proves that the form of media has a close relationship with the process of studying. The process of studying is certainly accompanied with the choosing and understanding of media information. Therefore, the form of media has a great influence on media literacy. Networks’ integration will undoubtedly lead to the change of media forms, which means media literacy is closely related with networks’integration.Then, by summarizing the existing research achievements, the thesis analyzed the media literacy’s current problems. Furthermore, the thesis designed a questionnaire in the basis of these problems, and examined whether or not these problems really existed. The thesis mainly focused on the discuss about whether or not these problems were really existing in the current background of networks’integration, regardless of if these problems existed before networks’ integration or if they were caused by networks’integration.Last, according to communication theories and data analysis of questionnaires, the thesis came up with the promotion strategies. These promotion strategies are for the primary stage rather than other stages of networks’integration.
