Research On Economy Comprehensive Competitiveness Of County Region Based On The View Of Government Function

The economy of county region is the basic unit in economical system of our country. The latest 30 years after Chinese reform and opening up, the status of county economy is important exceedingly in the development of society and economy. It is the new measure for the three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers, and is the integrative point of balance urban and rural and regional economy development, which is also the activator of industrialization and urbanization construction. The county region economy is the new concept of building China into a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and is the basic guarantee of social stability, national unity and power and wealth of country. The comprehensive competitive power of county region economy has become the keystone in government at all levels at home, in which the economical element takes much proportion. However, without a doubt, government plays an important role in economical development. Under the great environment of Chinese special feature socialism, the leading effect of government is enhanced much more. Whether the economical development will achieve greater, faster, better and more economical results, it inseparably associates with government. So, the theoretical framework of the paper is based on the comprehensive competition ability of county region economy, and aims at promoting the government’s function.With the rapid development of society and economy after Suizhou became prefectural-level city in 2000, it set up the youngest county named Sui county within our country in 2009 which was a representative county in Hubei province. Therefore, the thesis selects the Guangshui city, Zengdu district and Sui county whom were subjected by Suizhou prefecture city as the main objects of research. The first part expounds background and significance of the paper and explains the research methods and technique path deeply. The second chapter introduces the theoretical foundation of county region economy and analyses the research actuality of competition ability of county region economy. Meanwhile, it conceives evaluative system for the comprehensive competitive power of county region economy based on the fruits of home and abroad. The chapter three has a brief introduction of economical development, geography orientation and natural resources within Suizhou district, and analyses the data of evaluative system for the comprehensive competitive power of county region economy which including the three counties or cities whom were subjected by Suizhou prefectural city. The purpose of the analysis tries to find out the status of the comprehensive competitive forces of county region economy above the three counties and cities. According to the analysis outcome, the fourth chapter brings forward strategies and suggestions which will contribute more to our government in the process of county region economy development. Thus, it has practical meaning in promoting the development of county region economy healthy, stably, quickly and continually in Suizhou district, even for the development of whole Hubei province.
