A Research Of How County Vocational Education To Serve The Development Of Local Economy On The Case Of Wenshu County

Since the Party’s sixteen meeting put forward to develop and expand prefectural regioneconomy， prefectural region economy has become the important foundation and support force ofour country national economy， playing a decisive role in promoting the development of thenational economy. Prefectural region economy is closely linked to education， for educationprovides the development of prefectural region economy with the necessary intelligence and talentsupport. Only to cultivate talents who adapt to requirement of high quality of economicdevelopment can we cogently advance prefectural region economy to span type develops.With the ceaseless development of reforming and opening， as a less developed area，Wenshui County’s prefectural region economy got developing quickly， but compared withdeveloped area， it still have very big difference. There are many factors influencing thedevelopment of prefectural region economy， including factors of human resources， which is thekey of prefectural region labor market， market demand， talent supply and human resourcequantity and quality that has a direct impact on the growth of prefectural region economy anddevelopment speed. In recent years， Wenshui county’s government takes a variety of forms andchannels on the introduction of high-quality talent，however by the geographical environment，thedevelopment of external condition restrict， the move did not achieve the desired results， humanresources in both quantity and quality can not meet the needs of the development of prefecturalregion economy. In this situation， the development of county-level vocational education， traininglocal high-quality applied talents， become the important way to improve human resource both inquantity and quality. As the direct participation and service economy development and constructionof a type of education， through the integration of the local education resources， education andtraining a large number of suitable for local economic development needs of talent， WenshuiCounty Vocational Education provides for prefectural region economy development with a certainamount of human resources. However， influenced by a popular" only high degree of education"thinking， Wenshui county vocational education overall development is slow， such as theeducation idea， the scale of running a school， curriculum， teachers and the input of funds and soon， economic and social development does not adapt to the situation. It not only hinders the highervocational education to serve the economy functions， but also is the constraint of Wenshui countyeconomic harmony for spanning development.
