Analysis And Research Of Enterprise Logistics Distribution Center Based On The Witness

It is the importance link of a producer between seller, and it is the important part of the supply chain, and it is key factor which is affected enterprise control level and the standard of service.Main function of the logistics distribution center is the adjustment of the stock and sales, and the increasing the clients’degree of satisfaction. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing logistics process of the logistics distribution center of liquorices goods fabrication plant, a simulation model of the logistics distribution center’flow of work was set up by Witness . The changeable resources were chosen as decision variables and object function were been set and the Adaptive Thermostatistical SA in Witness software was used to study the logistics distribution center in order to optimize the work of logistics distribution center. At the same time , according to the condition of enterprise’logistics distribution center, the rational solution will be advanced, in order to save the costs of the logistics distribution center and keep the efficiency of the logistics distribution.In this paper, lastly the advantages and the disadvantages of logistics distribution center simulation model have been put forward. Some problems should be solved in the future.
