With the vigorous development of online commerce,competition between e-commerce companies is increasing,and logistics distribution has become an important strategic means for e-commerce companies to improve their core competitiveness.In recent years,major e-commerce platforms have rushed to build their own logistics distribution systems.Constantly increase investment in hardware facilities,and then,in the process,the lack of management of the logistics distribution system has become increasingly prominent,which has become an issue that enterprises need to pay attention to and resolve.Shenyang S Company is an e-commerce platform under the O2 O business model.In recent years,it has attached great importance to the construction of the logistics system and the improvement of its distribution management capabilities.However,there are still some shortcomings in the selection of the distribution mode,the functional layout of the distribution center,and the management of distribution operations,which affect the efficiency and sustainable development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to propose reasonable solutions to the above three problems through theoretical and practical research.It is particularly important for S Company to reduce operating costs and enhance the core competitiveness of the company,and it is also the primary task of sustainable development of the company.This article takes Shenyang S Company as the research object,and elaborates important theories and methods in the field of distribution management.Combining relevant experience and data accumulated in long-term practice of the enterprise,this paper raises questions from three aspects: distribution mode,distribution center layout,and distribution operations.Analyze the reasons for this,draw on the experience and practical results of industry benchmarking companies,and provide corresponding improvement countermeasures,that is,adopting the establishment of a mixed distribution model,unified planning of regional layout,strengthening communication between relevant departments,practically ensuring the smooth flow of information,and improving the organizational structure of distribution Effective measures such as strengthening personnel management,standardizing operating procedures,strengthening operation management,and improving distribution-related systems will gradually improve the company's logistics distribution system,reduce distribution costs,improve distribution quality,and enhance customer satisfaction.
