From a global perspective, the environment as a way of complex resource whichcould be provided products and services has played a decisive role role in economydevelopment. However, environment and economic development are often shown ascontradictory unity, many countries and regions in the high-speed economic growth atthe same time, lead to environmental resource by excessive exploitation andconsumption, which caused serious environmental pollution and ecologicaldestruction, namely experiences"as the higher level of economic development theworse environment, prior to the economic development to medium develop " pour UKuznets curve dilemma zone. This not only damage to human health and quality oflife, but also do harm to economic development capacity, moreover, it restrict thelong-term economic growth. Therefore, the government should regulate and controlthe behavior which enterprises pollute the environment and damage ecologicalenvironment.However, it is not enough that the environmental problems are solved by thegovernment mandatory control and market incentive control. The key is the selfproduced environmental regulation consciousness, which be willing to environmentalprotection. And this kind of consciousness is mainly coming from internal factors still.In recent years, the society to the increasingly frequent environmental pollutionproblems caused more and more attention because the pollution has been a seriousthreat to people’s survival. More noteworthy is the pollution caused by the enterprise,as result the staff is the most direct victims of pollution, for example in the February15,2010, Apple announced a progress report of2010supplier responsibility, whopublicly acknowledged Chinese supply chain employees due to pollution of disabilityin the first time. The report said there are137workers exposed to hexane by Yu Zhengenvironmental whose health suffered adverse effects in the Apple company suppliertechnology Suzhou factory. It is report that some employees of137workers aresubjected to forced exit pressure. In March27,2011the Zhejiang Online reported: Inthe nearly two or three years,4employees die of lead poisoning in Taizhou city speedbattery limited company. Employees generally can only do two years in speed batterycompany, otherwise the body can appear problems such or in that way. In addition, due to dust, noise, poisonous and harmful gases, smoke, radiation, vibration,temperature, humidity and other triggered by a variety of occupation disease, such assilicosis, radiation sickness, acute poisoning, chronic respiratory disease, occupation,occupation eye nose ear disease and occupation skin diseases and so on, whichsilicosis incidence is more, which is greater harm for the human body. Whether toremain in the high pollution industry has become the choice of the problem.Based on the study of environmental regulation and organizational commitmenton the basis of relevant literature, first of all, from environmental regulations andenterprise oneself behaviors have close connection with enterprise voluntaryenvironmental regulation proceed with, in order to analysis among contact ofenvironmental regulation and organizational commitment. Secondly, it can be analysiswhat measures of enterprises environmental regulation influent employees’organizational commitment. Then, in the above analysis foundation, it could givesome recommendations to the enterprise voluntary environmental regulation.The innovation of the thesis is making environmental regulation andorganizational commitment together, so as to find out the influence of the factors oforganizational commitment by the empirical verification.
