The research on the pro social behavior of employee is always the focus of academic circles.Based on the theory of social behavior and the theory of planned behavior,through the questionnaire survey of 329 employees, the paper makes a detailed analysis and empirical research on the relationship among the pro social value orientation of the enterprise employees, the voluntary intention, the volunteer behavior, self-efficacy and organizational support.In this study, we construct the research model of employee voluntary behavior from the perspective of integration of individual and organizational factors.Through empirical analysis of the relationship between the main variables, the study found that, first of all,the employee who has the pro social value orientation can significantly positively predict employee's voluntary behavior. Second, the employee who has the pro social value orientation can influence employee's behavior through the mediation effect of voluntary intention.In other words, the employees who has the pro social value orientation will stimulate the voluntary behavior generated by voluntary intention.what's more, the employee who has the pro social value orientation will be positively moderated by the employee's self efficacy in the voluntary activity.When employees have a high sense of self-efficacy in the volunteer activities, they will be more confident in the face of the choice of voluntary activities, so as to increase the probability of their voluntary intention.Finally, organizational support plays a positive moderating effect in the process of employee's intention to volunteer.However, the colleague tool support can not play a positive moderating effect in this process.The focus of this research is mainly divided into the following parts:Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, purpose, significance and research methods in the first part. At the same time, the relevant variables are also defined in this paper.Second, based on the theory of social behavior and the theory of planned behavior, this paper puts forward the relevant research hypotheses, and establishes the corresponding theoretical model.Third, the process of empirical analysis of this study is described. At first, the paper carries on the descriptive statistics of the sample, and secondly, the paper tests the reliability and validity of the main scale. Finally, based on the correlation analysisof the main variables, this paper carries on the analysis of the mediation effect and moderator effect of the relevant variables.At the end of this study, the conclusions of this research are summarized, and the corresponding countermeasures are provided for the managers in practice.
