On June26,2009,《American Clean Energy and Security Act》 had been got through by the house of Representatives. This bill says that American will impose trade sanctions on the countries which do not accept the pollutants emission standard from2020, specific measures is collecting punitive tariffs to the foreign products which do not meet the emission standards,in order to solve the problem of the global warming and emission reduction. Expert estimates that if collect carbon tariff by standard of30dollars/tons,china total imports will decrease about0.52%,china total exports will decrease about0.72%,so china GDP will decrease about0.021%.But if the carbon tariff begins, the standard is likely to more than$30,so the above figures will be higher. Carbon tariff will effect the economy of our country. So mechanic and electronic products as the high carbon and high energy-consuming products is bound to be seriously effected by the carbon tariff. And mechanic and electronic products as an important part in china trade and economy,it is important to research the low-carbon export strategies of mechanic and electric products in the carbon tariff era.The main content of this thesis is studying on low-carbon export strategy of mechanic and electronic products in the carbon tariff era.Based on the theories of Green Trade、Low Carbon Economy and the analysis of export structure and state distribution of mechanic and electronic products,we find the bottleneck of China’s export of mechanic and electronic products in Carbon tariff Era.Then to solve this problem,we use power tariff mode and linput-output model, getting the calculation of CO2emissions of our export mechanic and electronic products and the influences of carbon tariff on export of mechanic and electronic products. At last based on the analysis of TOWS Analysis Method,we get the low-carbon export strategies of mechanic and electric products in the carbon tariff era.
