The realestate industry project because investment, short in the process of building a long,unforeseen many factors, such as personnel, material and equipment changes, theinvestment decision, design, construction and the use of each phase of the problemsoccurring all can affect the implementation of the construction projects, further said in avariety of ways, will increase the risk of project.
