The Research On Production Planning And Control Of Shipbuilding Enterprises Based On KBE

With the development of China’s shipbuilding industry in recent years, shipbuildingoutput grows quickly continuously, it ranks the third in the world, and it plays a more andmore important role in China’s national economic development. Especially, our country is inthe transition phase to industrialized country at present, shipbuilding industry is moreimportant. At the same time, the idea and mode of our ship production management withadvanced shipbuilding countries, like Japan, Korea, the gap is growing. This difference isreflected in the production planning and control of shipbuilding. So, we study theproduction planning and control of China’s shipbuilding enterprises, which is to improve themanagement level of enterprises and enhance shipbuilding production efficiency andenhance the competitiveness of enterprises are very important.Knowledge based engineering (KBE) is along with the development of artificialintelligence and arise, and it has very high practical value. Firstly, this paper generalizes andsummarizes the previous research and emphatically elaborates the related theories andtechnologies of KBE, including the definitions and characteristics of KBE, knowledgerepresentation methods, the technology of date mining and knowledge acquisition andknowledge reasoning models, these are to discuss the following chapters. Secondly, in viewof the problems of production planning and control and combined with the modernshipbuilding mode, this paper presents and builds shipbuilding enterprises productionplanning and control system model based on KBE, at the time, explains the system model ofthe process how to run, and the system’s key part of knowledge base and reasoning machineare studied, in order to improve the information and agile of production planning andcontrol. It can solve the problems of production planning and control in our countryshipbuilding enterprise, in order to optimize China’s shipbuilding enterprises productionplanning and control and improve enterprise production management level. Finally, weanalyzed the problems of production planning and control about Zhou shan jin hai IndustriesLimited, and through the application of shipbuilding enterprises production planning andcontrol system model based on KBE, the system solves the problems of this enterpriseproduction planning and control, this also proves the effectiveness and reliability of thissystem model. This is a reference for further research and exploration for optimization ofship enterprises production planning and control.
