| Lean Shipbuilding is an effective way to set up the modern shipbuilding mode for Chinese Shipbuilding Industry, and it's also the only solution to promote the development of Chinese Shipbuilding Enterprises and to reduce the distance between China and other developed countries under modern manufacturing environment. During the process of modern shipbuilding mode-conversion, Chinese Shipbuilding Enterprises are faced with some important production planning management problems: (1) how to organize production management; (2) how to reduce the production bottlenecks; (3) how to make the production planning more flexible and effective; (4) how to improve the productivity of workshop.Based on the related research results around the world, the production planning of Shipbuilding Enterprise Group Technology Machining Workshop are studied and analyzed in this paper. TOC (Theory of Constriction) is combined with Group Manufacturing Technology. Then the production planning and control system based on TOC is put forward. The system contents are studied in detail and its practical application in enterprises are analyzed and improved in this paper.Firstly, the research and the development situation at home and abroad of TOC and any other production planning and control measures are summarized. And the feature, focal point and difficulty of the integration production planning and control of TOC are analyzed in detail through research about production planning and control theory, combined with the trade characteristics of shipbuilding enterprise group technology machining workshop based on interim-production-oriented and current situation of production planning and control. Then the production planning and control demand of shipbuilding enterprise group technology machining workshop are put forward based on it. Then the production planning and application based on TOC of shipbuilding enterprise group technology machining workshop is constructed by using DBR (Drum-Buffer-Rope) system of TOC.According to the system framework of production planning and control, the seven key technologies, namely the recognition of production bottleneck resources, determination of production batch and transfer batch, setting of buffers, decomposition of production packets based on interim-production-oriented, determination of production sequencing of parts family, making of key and non-key operation planning, and control and adjusting of production planning, are studied. Combined with the goal of Lean Shipbuilding, the production planning and application based on TOC of shipbuilding enterprise group technology machining workshop is constructedFinally, above theoretical results are applied in practical production planning and application of enterprises. The research and application on production planning and control in the group technology machining workshop of CD shipbuilding enterprise based on TOC are constructed, and detailed implementation steps are also given. The Research results will be implemented in enterprises. It is also a reference for other enterprises in production planning and control. |
