The Study Of Operations Assessment And Investment And Financing Patterns On Pure Electric Bus Charge Station Project

In recent years, with the development of automobile industry, environmentalpollution is becoming more and more serious, especially in our country. As a mostpopulous country, this problem should not be underestimated. Public transport isadvocated in this situation, now using new energy green vehicle is a good way to solvethe environmental pollution problem, and this measure has been implemented in publictransport system in many cities of China.Around all kinds of new energy green vehicles, pure electric vehicle usingelectricity to drive which makes the gas emission could almost be eliminated. For thisadvantage, in our country, this vehicle is advocated in public system, but thesupporting infrastructure, pure electric vehicle bus charge station is lacked. In order todiscover the problem of this phenomenon, this paper focus on the construction of suchproject, analyzing the necessity of project construction from a technical and economicpoint, and take Xi’an public traffic system as an example, combine qualitative analysisand quantitative analysis method to evaluate the external effect of this kind of project.Then according to the characteristics of pure electric bus charge station project, thispaper come up with a project fitted investment and financing pattern, which is calledBOOT+TOT in public-private partnership, in the hope of giving some advices for ourgovernment to develop such kind of infrastructure project.
