| With the global market competition, increasing of product complexity andshortening of delivery time, nowadays, there are many advanced manufacturing modelsemerged. Production cell manufacturing model, as an advanced manufacturing model,can shorten the manufacturing cycle, avoid the stock risk and save production area, aswell as improve equipment utilization with high efficient material flow in productionprocess. Therefore, because the production cell environment has dynamic, complex andrandom characters, it not only fails to meet flexible to the change of mixed-product andproduction lot-sizing, but also influences overall performance of manufacturing system.How to improve the production cell organization flexibility in dynamic environment isone of the most important problems. In order to improve the flexibility of productioncell organization and provide better solutions, this paper studies on organizationflexibility in dynamic environment based on characters of production cell, provide somestrategies based on human beings, and simulate the dynamic production process.The main content of the paper is organized as follows:Firstly, analyzed dynamic manufacturing environment variables of order, recourse,organization behavior, process, product, died line and operator in terms of productioncell characteristics and structures. At the end of this chapter, the effects, which dynamicenvironment variables have on production cell, were expounded. By analyzing theproduction cell, the system of dynamic environment was given and provided a newtheory and method for production cell organization flexibility.Secondly, through characteristics of organization and organization structureanalysis,elements of organization flexibility are identified from6aspects, including:organization structure, organization instability, organization behavior, organizationindividuals, organization learning ability and man-machine relationship. Based onanalyze, a model for the elements of organization flexibility of production cell isestablished. An evaluation method was given and production cell organizationflexibility in dynamic manufacturing environment was evaluated.Thirdly, based on discrete system simulation principle, an oganization flexibilitysimulation model in dynamic manufacturing environment was built, including a humancooperation model and a man-machine cooperation model. In the end, production cellorganization flexibility simulation platform in dynamic manufacturing environment was established. This simulation platform can simulate each kind of dynamic manufacturingenvironments and organization strategic production.Fourthly, in order to improve production cell organization flexibility, a series ofexperiments on different dynamic manufacturing environments and organizations weredesigned based on a motorcycle engine production cell. |
