As far as2007,"matter right law" has considered accounts receivable as aneffective pawn, which makes full use of accounts receivable that occupies more than60%of small and medium-sized enterprise assets value in financing. Accountsreceivable financing also turns a rise as a new field commercial Banks compete witheach other. However, as a new business model, accounts receivable financing bringskinds of risk for commercial Banks. Therefore, it is necessary to scientifically researchaccounts receivable financing business model and risk, and provide ideas of constantinnovation and risk prevention for accounts receivable financial business.The paper analyzes the business models of accounts receivable financing based onsupply chain finance and sums up the influence factors of credit risk and operation risk.For the credit risk measurement, this paper designs credit risk evaluation systemthrough the principal component analysis, and contrasts credit risk of traditional creditmode and accounts receivable financing mode in case of an enterprise, and then putsforward the corresponding control measures from three stages of loans. To measure theoperate risk, the passage first classifies the operate risk, and evaluate it with VaR riskevaluation method. At last, the paper proposed measures to control credit risk andoperation risk.The innovation of this paper lies in three aspects. The first is the use of principalcomponent analysis method to establish accounts receivable financing credit risk modeland taking an enterprise as an example to compare the credit risk of accounts receivablefinancing and traditional financing. The second is introducing Copula function to carryon the empirical analysis of operation risk of commercial banks through VaR riskassessment method. The second is that the paper systematically hackles all kinds ofaccounts receivable financing products, and sums up product strategy for each typethrough the analysis product business process.
