Employer brand has become the third kind of enterprise brand after the product brand andcorporate brand. Human resources department based on the research of employer brand, applybrand-management’s idea to deal with the relations between the employers and employees andpotential employee, this will make the enterprise recuit people,be with people, keep people morescientific. However Small and medium-sized private manufacturing enterprises, is a labor-intensiveenterprises, need a large number of labor force, on the other hand, due to its limitations, such as thelack of a sound human resources management system and other reasons, led to recruit, retain talentmore difficult.Employer brand generally includes the external employer brand and internal two aspects inacademic, one of the distinction is the marketing target of internal employer brand is enterpriseemployees, the external employer brand of the marketing targets are potential employees. Thepurpose of this study is to understand the employee ’s employer brand, based on this this paperselect internal employer brand aspects to research, the author starts from the employer brand theory,design brand elements questionnaire, statistical analysis of survey questionnaire, ultimatelydetermine the employer brand model. Finally, considering the actual situation of the enterprises,put recommendations to how to build employer brand. This paper draws the following conclusions:In this paper, the employer brand model contains5factors, these5factors can be divided intobasic factors and cofactors, basic factor refers to the compensation factor, occupation developmentfactor, affecting factor, cofactor refers to the enterprise soft power factor, future development factor.On the basic factor, employees values compensation factor most, the most important thing tostaff is job salary and welfare, therefore, improve the salary and welfare is the necessary way toretain employees.This study finds that different workage employees are different in concept of employment andthe performance evaluation.
