Research On The Housing Industry’s Four Basic Links Of China And Japan

The House Construction of china is going with the goal for“Every one has a roof over the head”. From a vertical perspective, China reach a great achievement in manufacturing ability, development of scientific and technological,also in Product quality. However, in international perspective,we have a widening gap between the developed countries. So, how to carry out the transformation from extensive economy to intensive economy in House Construction become a most urgent problem which we must solve at first. China has carrying out Housing Industrialization for 10 years ,and using the methods like science & technology innovation,the promoting of advanced integrated technology to reach its goal: Accelerating the transform of traditional House Construction,achieve the intensive production of house,Industrialization of scientific research achievement,improving rate of production and make further improvement on the quality of House construction. Therefore it’s important to find out a correct way for our future of House construction. This paper mainly talk about the four of the base links in housing industrialization, and analyze the theoretical system in each link, also refer to the housing industrialization in Japan and get inspiration from by analyzing its construction experience. And then what follows next is making a combination in actual conditions for our housing industrialization which we refer to Japan.The paper consists of five chapters. Chapter One is the general Introduction. As the opening badge, the first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of selecting the topic, the research methods, starting with housing industrialization concept analysis. Chapter Two, to put forward the problem, respectively presents the developing process of housing industrialization in Japan and China. Then, necessity of implementing housing industrialization can be determined by analyze of the present status of housing industrialization in our country. Chapter Three, to analyze the problem, introduce the theory system and establishment laws of respective four basic section of housing industrialization and analyze the functiong of each part and their relationships with each other. Chapter Four and Five, to solve the problem.
