This paper firstly to Japan by housing industrialization development course and the present situation of system research, summarizes Japanese in the process of the development of housing industry standardization and components experience; Analyzes the SI system and residential hexahedral concept. Contrast domestic housing construction, and puts forward thinking residential technical guarantee system, perfect residential building system, housing department product system, residential quality control system and residential properties of five system that system housing industrialization development thoughts.To realize the practice, this article in housing industrialization of Japan, based on the research of the current system, and puts forward the structure for domestic industry situation of system with adorn physiognomy separation as (in this paper VSI system), and write a complete VSI system process management methods. For specific detail process management, draw up 11 illustrated application form, can be directly applied to the project management VSI system. On the basis of process management, this paper also puts forward a set of node control requirements to ensure that the implementation of a system of quality VSI. Including control node Settings, quality precontrol and new process node VSI system core control, etc, the application of this system formulated the node control management system.The fourth chapter is on the engineering practice of housing industrialization research. Experiments on after the completion of the project, the project delivery appeared after the sound insulation problem again two phases of supplement, and analyzed the possible direction of sound insulation performance improvement.From building the results look, in improving the construction efficiency VSI system, reduce the construction rubbish, improve quality stability results highlight several aspects, this paper study and establish VSI system of process management method, detail process management form, VSI system node control requirements, to ensure smooth effective lab delivered for use, also plays a key role for future expansion promotion and lay the foundation.
