The level of the hydraulic transmission technology represents the level of the national industry, that is an important indicator of the national industrial development level. with the help of the former Soviet Union, the Chinese hydraulic industry start its history from the mapping and imitation, and the joint design of the invovled factory and research institutes, and the absorbing of advanced hydraulic technology from Japan, Germany and USA, then gradually stepping towards the self-development and innovation development phase. Chinese hydraulic industry has established its course of nearly 60 years from scratch, from small to large, and achieved gratifying results. In 2009, Chinese hydraulic industry reached 26.9 billion yuan of industrial output, surpassed Europe and America, and ranked first in the world. China has become a big hydraulic country, but not a strong hydraulic country, because Chinese hydraulic technology lagged behind the developed Germany and USA for about 20 years. To realize the dream of being a strong hydraulic country, we must take the technical innovation.On the basis of the relative theories of technological innovation and strategy of technological innovation etc theories, this thesis analyses the Chinese hydraulic industry overview and the status of the technological innovation, makes applied researches on its technological innovation, then brings forward the strategy choice of our hydraulic industry technological innovation, as well as some measures to strengthen the technological innovation. It proves and explains the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategies and measures about technological innovation through the specific cases, and the details are as follows:1, The thesis studys on the research contents and scopes of technological innovation according to the definition of technological innovation conception posed by domestic and foreign scholars (Organizations). Fu Jia-ji’s definition of its contents and scopes is in line with Chinese national conditions and conducive to carry out technological innovation. It’s known that the foreign technological innovation theories has four major theoretical schools: New Classical School, New Schumpeterian School, System Innovation School, National Innovation System School, through the analysis of the status of domestic and foreign technological innovation. Different schools have prominent characteristics and different emphases. The research on Chinese technological innovation is from the management, economics and philosophy of technology (or technology sociology), gives priority to management and economics. Technological innovation strategy is the overall goal of technological innovation adopted by enterprises, according to enterprises their own internal conditions and external environment, along with the enterprises’plannings and fundamental countermeasures for achieving that goal. Technological innovation strateges are divided into independent innovation strategy, imitation innovation strategy and collaborative innovation strategy, and the features, advantages and disadvantages of three strategies are introduced in the thesis, which provides a theoretical basis for the technological innovation study of hydraulic industry.2, The thesis introduces the conception of the hydraulic transmission related to hydraulic industry and it’s position and role in electronics engineering disciplines. It describes the development course of the Chinese hydraulic industry, will be divided into foundation stage, growth stage and rapid development stage. For Chinese hydraulic industry, comparing with the developed countries, there are still large gaps in product development, product quality, technological innovation and enterprise self-development capacity, mainly in: First, few products of different specifications; Second, low level of technology, instability of product quality; Third, the capability of research and new product development is poor; Fourth, the obvious contradiction between outputs and demands; Fifth, the organizational structure of enterprises is irrational, and generally enterprises have a small scale. The status of hydraulic technological innovation is: to rely on imported technology in long term, there is imitatation, but no innovation, and many technical problems are unsolved, product quality is unstable, overlapping construction is serious, to go into the price competition early, also hydraulic enterprises were unwilling and unable to carry out hydraulic technological innovation, which results in long-term adverse balance of trade in the Chinese hydraulic industry; only 1 to 2% of sale incomes are used in the product development and technological innovation every year, however there is 5% in the foreign hydraulic multinational companies, and some even reachs 10%. It’s obvious that the gap is larger. Our hydraulic technological innovation has the following main problems: First, the level of research and development of hydraulic enterprises is poor, and it’s backwards a greatly comparing with the foreign advanced level; Second, basic science and technology is backward, which hamper the technological innovation; Third, the scale of hydraulic enterprises is small, and anti-risk capability is poor; Fourth, the capital input of hydraulic industry innovation is small, which is lack of funds; Fifth, the hydraulic enterprises haven’t yet become a main body of innovation, which are lack of the innovative hydraulic entrepreneurs with the innovation spirit; Sixth, the protection of intellectual property rights is ineffective, which impacts the implementation of technological innovation. The understanding and analysis of these cases provides a factual basis for studying the technological innovation strateg of hydraulic industry.3, The thesis studies dynamic mechanism of the technological innovation about our hydraulic industry, including the dynamic mechanism of enterprise, market, property rights and government regulations, which instructs the direction to study out the measures of technological innovation. after the studying and summing-up, the thesis concludes that the technological innovation of the hydraulic industry should give the priority to the imitation innovation, strongly promote cooperated innovation, particularly support independence innovation, and take a wide range of strateges so as to catch up with the level of western developed countries in the field as soon as possible.4, From the three aspects, like the organization, resources and environment of technological innovation , the thesis illustrates these measures to strengthen the technological innovation of our hydraulic industry. Organizational measures are: expand the hydraulic enterprises scale through mergers, strengthen the coordination of the factory, college , and institution, improve hydraulic industry clusters and play the role of associations, etc. Resources measures are: strengthen the integration innovation, strengthen talent training and increase the funds input, etc. Environment measures are: actively respond to hydraulic technology barriers and focus on intellectual property protection, etc. which will provide guidances for our hydraulic technological in a certain degree.5, The thesis describes the Haogao company and its technological innovation, summes up the successful experiences and failed lessons, takes nine inspirations, and well demonstrates the strategy choice of the proposed technological innovation in the thesis, and the correction of nine measures。...
