With the development of science and technology in the21st century andincrease of environmental protection consciousness, the domestic industrialtextiles upgrading is irreversible. As a basic industry textile economy has a hugepotential in the market. JD company who is an air filtration fabric manufacturer isin a closely related to prevention and control of atmospheric pollution which is arapid growth market. General use textile industry faced with fierce competitionfrom multiple subject both at home and abroad has to launch a strategictransformation in the critical time. In the face of the future crisis JD companycombining with their own situation and industry characteristics comes up with anstrategy that based on the strategic transformation of technology innovation. Ithas certain representativeness and value.This paper includes introduction, literature review and practice analysis toinvestigate the solving strategy. The first and second chapters are theoretical basisparts and the later three parts are the effective strategic positioning andtransformation strategy implementation suggestions. Those suggestions are basedon JD company history, current situation, industrial development trend and valuechain usage theory, life cycle theory, industrial upgrading theory and strategicmanagement theory.The first and second chapters are discussing and analyzing the companydevelopment strategy, industrial upgrading, value chain, the smile curve,monopoly advantage, the SWOT analysis method, the product life cycle theory,own technology and healthy growth enterprise development theory.Based on JD company current situation the third chapter is discussing andanalyzing the Macro environment, industry competition environment, facing theinternal and external environment, and can use its own resources, as well as thecomprehensive ability of the company using PEST model, porter five model. The fourth chapter proposes JD company strategic transformation vision,positioning and selection strategy using SWOT analysis model. Based on analysisresults of comprehensive competition ability on previous chapter and usingstrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats this chapter summaries thepossible development strategy of the JD company. Under current and predictablesituation and in order to get relatively longer survival and competitive advantageJD company should use existing sales resources, develop new products andexpand the market based on technological innovation.From practical point of vies the fifth chapter proposes specific measures andsuggestions regarding JD company strategy transformation and upgrading. Basedon previous theoretical study and JD company current situation this chapterprovides proposals and measures to make sure the achievement of technologyinnovation of enterprise transformation. Redeveloping products will be primarytask by using current existing sales resources and mature technologies andmeeting market requirements. In order to achieve company development andstrategic transformation company needs to financing channel development,intelligent equipment update, employee team construction, company cultureconstruction, technological innovation platform construction, and re-engineeringthe management mode of innovative company.Finally, concluding explanation for the points and limitations of this paper.
