Therefore, farmers’ land compensationmechanism should be raised to solve the problems. This paper established in thefoundation of the land value theory, investigating the current land compensationsystem, clearing stating the land value how to become the real land price in theprocess of the land expropriation, and building the land compensation standards fromthe expected benefits,social security and the cost of social security, deeply analyzingthe current land expropriation compensation method’s defects and the lack of relevantmeasures,.According to the principles of fairness, efficiency and sustainable, buildinga reasonable land expropriation compensation and the social security mechanism,establishing a legal aid mechanism, employment and training system, expecting tosolve the land-losing farmers problems thoroughly.
