| Urban renewal is one of the hotspots in current research, along with the time goingurban renewal has become the urban public policy of the rejuvenation that integratesocial, economic, cultural and material environment, which makes important effect onthe city future,while after reform and opening, Guangzhou has undergone a greatchange, especially the Asian Games holding has provided new opportunities to the cityrenewal, but with the changing city localization, the importance and function of serviceindustry are being strengthened, and the urban renewal how to influence the city serviceindustry and its effect should be considered by policy makers, so this research makesimportant realistic significance.Firstly, This paper definites the concept of urban renewal, summed up the domesticand foreign theory and practice development, and carries on the review, and discussorganic renewal theory, sustainable development theory, the industrial structureadjustment theory, city land differential land rent theory combined with the Guangzhouurban renewal, so this part of the research has laid a theoretical basis.Secondly, the research studys service industry changes in-depth in Guangzhouunder the background of urban，and takes the empirical research between Guangzhouurban renewal and service industry based on carding Guangzhou urban renewal process,and then analysis the internal structure of the service industry, spatial layout andagglomeration character changes, and in the perspective of industry and regionalanalysis the impact of urban renewal on the service industry, mainly take the tourismindustry as an example, discusses the tourism development in background of urbanrenewal, while focusing on the north shore culture dock where renewal effect is veryapparent. This part is the core of this article.Finally, we come to conclusions based on the above analysis, and put forward somecorresponding policy recommendations with the problem, providing reference for policymakers. |
