The Empirical Study On The Core Competitiveness Of The State Holding Listed Company

The core competitiveness of enterprises has never become significant, due to fiercemarketing competition, sustainable development of the enterprises and maintainingcompetition advantages. State owned enterprises are restricted by severalfactors.Promoting the better development of state owned enterprises reform shouldrely on analyzing appropriately of state-owned holding listed companies’ developingobstacle and strengthing core competitive.Based on foreign studies concerning the core competitiveness of enterprises, the thesisproposes the understanding of the state holding listed company’s core competitionability. With the knowledge of financial management, the thesis expounds that theelements of company core competitive consists of the increment, core, leading,integrated and dynamic sustainability. It is found that the assessing result is in linewith the practical situation of enterprises. The thesis also demonstrates the validity ofthe index system and evaluation method and proposes the referential suggestions forevaluating China’s state-controlled listed company’s core competitiveness.
