Career management is an important part of the field of human resourcemanagement. In this paper, Nanjing tanker corporation as the object of study, aimed atthe enterprise and the whole industry to provide operational staff career managementprogram to achieve the goal of the enterprise and its employees a win-win.This study used analysis method, the inductive method and research method, toidentify the existing problems through analysis of Nanjing tanker corporation careermanagement, the use of the career development of Sabo, Schein’s career anchor, careerin Holland The classical theory of personality, combined with the actual proposed toimprove the career management program.This article studies have shown that Nanjing tanker corporation should be based ontheir own characteristics, and first to enhance staff career development paths. Finally,drawing on the Balanced Scorecard management thinking, from financial, customer,operational, and development of four latitude to establish the index system of evaluatingemployees’ career management effectiveness.Through the establishment and implementation of the instance of Nanjing tankercorporation business career development and incentive systems that use the results ofthis study, Nanjing tanker corporation carry out employees’ career management isentirely feasible, the effect is very evident. Professional development to broaden thechannel settings and human resources activities systematic career management solutionsto corporate and employee recognition, can achieve the objectives of the business andthe employees win-win.
