At the same time for effective control global warming, the world is to set off a low-carbon wave of skills emission reduction become the focus of world attention,"green carbon" is regarded as an inevitable trend of the oil transport development.Meanwhile, in face of the resource shortage, the worsening environment and more strict environment protection police, how to improve the integrated performance of tanker shipping corporation, how to make a sustainable development and reduce the ecological environment pollution and consumption of natural resources as much as possible, are becoming the essential topic for green tanker shipping theory and practical development.This paper summarizes the literature on green tanker shipping and green degree evaluation based on research and analysis the dynamic and progress of the green degree evaluation research at home and abroad. And analyzes the current conditions of Nanjing Tanker Corporation, and then analyzes green tanker shipping status of research analysis from the three major aspects of the environmental status, security status and economic status of the company.According to the results of research and analysis, analyzes green tanker shipping influencing factors from the four major aspects of the basic factors, environmental factors, economic factors and technical factors. And then sets up Nanjing Tanker Corporation green degree evaluation index system based on these factors. Uses Grey Relational Analysis method establishes oil transport green degree evaluation model.And then selects the relevant data of the five year2007-2011as the basis, applies mean method normalized raw data. And using entropy method to determine the index weight, utilizing gray relational analysis method based on entropy weight to evaluates Nanjing Tanker Corporation green degree.
