In the global market economy environment, customer needs is changing ever time,industry competition has intensified. It is an effective way of gaining the corecompetitiveness of enterprises in the fierce market competition that correctly understandingand meeting the different needs of different customers, while controlling the attendantimproving costs of operational and management to implement the low-cost strategy.As a core of key aspects of business management, supply chain management related toall aspects of the management of logistics, cash flow, information flow. Through theintegration of supply chain resources and the improvement of process control, we canachieve lower logistics costs, thus greatly contribute to the overall enterprise low-coststrategies to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Starting from the basic theoryof modern supply chain management, combined with the S’s actual operating and marketenvironment, the paper uses the ABC classification, Economic Order Quantity Model(EOQ), the electronic map to optimize the transport path design, inventory batch controlsystem, inventory warning and automatically purchase the model design and the othermethods and tools to study the overall framework and functions which integrate logisticsmanagement information system including the specific design of the three procurementmanagement, transportation management and inventory management module and itssub-modules and implementation, and overall analyses how to get real logistics costreduction based on the measure of improvement of the grasp of differentiated customer needsfor the logistics information systems of supply chain management.In this paper, the auther raises up the point as the combined overall information system,which covers the three different modules including the procurement management, transportation management and inventory management, so that the supply chainmanagement is extended to both ends of the customer and supplier. It enhances theinformation communication and timly sharing between customer, company and supplier. Atthe same time, the study of supplier management system module based on the combinationof inventory warning and automatic stock management, also is an new attemption of supplychain responsiveness improving under the situation of customer demand active changingconditions. But limited by the knowledge of the author, the the basic the information systemdevelopment tools and Internet information exchange platform were not been researcheddeeply in this paper, they will need to be studyed and improved in the future.
