Among the food involved in these food safetyaccidents, a majority is fresh products, which has also brought great pressure andchallenges to fresh products industry. In the existing fresh products circulation pattern,because of the standardized quality management, good shopping environment and fastmarket response ability, fresh supermarket has gradually become the fresh logisticsdevelopment trend.Therefore, it’s a question for fresh product supermarket that how to make use of itsadvantage to improve its’ logistics network efficiency on the premise of ensuring foodsafety. This paper will conduct a optimization of supermarket logistics network from theperspective of the fresh food safety, so as to provide effective means to the operationand management of fresh supermarket.The main content of this article are arranged as following.First of all, the paper analyzes the related research, which is about logisticsnetwork optimization of fresh supermarket aiming at food safety, and establishes theresearch purpose and thinking. At the same time, the paper study the related theoryinvolved, including food security theory, fresh supermarket logistics network theory andmodern optimization theory, definite the optimization objects and availableoptimization methods;Secondly, based on the analysis of relationship between the food security and freshsupermarket logistics network’s nodes and routes, the paper clarifies the key nodeseffecting on food safety is fresh supermarket suppliers, the key route is supermarketdistribution path, so they are established to be the optimization objects;Then, according to the food security situation of fresh supermarket supplier, thispaper definite characteristics and hidden security trouble of fresh supermarket. Basingon this, the paper design re-evaluation index system which is used to measure for foodsafety security ability of fresh supermarket suppliers, and use analytic hierarchy methodto construct the assessment model;Next, according to the analysis on constitute elements of fresh supermarketdistribution from the view of food safety, the paper definite the characteristics of each element, Basing on this, the paper conduct condition assumption and target analysis forthe question of fresh supermarket distribution path optimization, and use geneticalgorithm to design the optimize model;Finally, through two testify examples, the paper test the validity of the supplierre-evaluation model and distribution path optimization model. |
