Along with the people living level increasing,large supermarket to get a rapid development and become the people life required product sourcing,in people's lives play an important role.Fresh food as people daily life necessities in the supermarket food occupy an important part.Fresh food is one of the three categories of food,meat,aquatic products,fruits and vegetables,and by these fresh food and cooked and processed products.Fresh food as people daily life necessities,is the supermarket to reap the benefits of an important part,but,fresh food prices high,seasonal,perishable,regional characteristics,so that fresh Products in the transport process suffered varying degrees of spoil,resulting in economic losses of the supermarket,large management cost increases to the supermarket,but this part as products of everyday objects,the supermarket business indispensable sales.Therefore,effective management of fresh product spoil become super city need to think and solve major problems,for the supermarket to enhance their own competitiveness to achieve long-term development is of great significance.The first part begins with an analysis of the origin and background of Chinese fresh supermarket logistics development,introduced at home and abroad for supermarkets,the logistics present situation of the study,and lists the principal contents and research methods of this topic;study of the second part is the theoretical basis of the thesis,combined with the research,analysis of the fresh goods related to the concept,the definition of fresh product wastes and links as well as the fresh goods spoil control of the main method;on the third part mainly explores the SD supermarket logistics center goods spoil,mainly to explore the SD supermarket fresh material flow center of business scope and operation process,and focuses on the analysis of SD supermarket fresh food logistics in Heart commodity consumption status;on the fourth part explore causes of SD supermarket fresh food logistics center for spoil of goods and accounts for the ratio analysis,respectively from the procurement,acceptance,sorting and processing,storage,distribution,the research and with tomatoes,for example inquiry in the link spoil of goods classification and accounted for the fifth part,based on the above research,from the fresh food logistics center overall standardized management,procurement,acceptance,sorting and processing,storage and distribution,analyzes the SD supermarket logistics center of spoilt of goods management countermeasures.
