| Industrial cluster is one of important methods to promote the development of localeconomy. After the1980s, a large number of competitive energy industry cluster rosewithin the map of the world economy. Industry cluster has being promoting the regionaleconomy growth, constructing the national industrial competitive edge, and at the sametime also attracting and offering the large quantities of talents. The continuous humanresources development within the industry cluster promotes the development of industrialclusters, also makes the competitive advantage of industrial cluster improved andmaintained. Human resources as the formation and based conditions for the developmentof industrial clusters, and human resources development plays a significant role in theindustry cluster gathering for enhancing the cluster innovation, the collective learningability, and improving cluster competitiveness. Therefore, the study of industry cluster, itis plays as the guiding significance to study the characteristics of human resourcesdevelopment, to analyze the interactive relationship between industry cluster and humanresources development, to solve our industry cluster expansion and the level of industryupgrade, and to promote regional cluster economy the sustainable and healthydevelopment. This paper aiming at industry cluster of human resource development makethe following research:First of all, it makes a systematic and overall conclusion on literature about combingof the industrial cluster and human resources development and makes the research aboutthe relationship between industrial cluster and enterprise human resources development.Then, it makes analysis about the influence of industry cluster on the development ofhuman resources for, and the requirements of industrial cluster for enterprise humanresources development. Secondly, through the study for the significance and the goalenterprise for enterprise human resources development，it makes factor analysis which isinfluential within the enterprise human resource system in the industry cluster. Therefore,it establishes industrial cluster enterprise human resources system model under thecondition of the industry cluster. Finally, through combining the development of humanresources and industrial cluster, this paper focuses on how to realize the incorporation ofthe development of industrial cluster and human resources development, and givesrecommendations measures to realize the win-win and common prosperity. |
