China's weapons industry experienced three stages from the intimating stage in the 50's and 60's to the high-tech stage nowadays, and the breakthrough on research and tremendous development of ordnance technology has been made during these years, and some has reached or approaching the world advanced level. At the same time, we also should see that there is still a huge gap between Chinese and foreign ordnance science and technology's comprehensive technical performance, research ability, manufacturing ability, etc. While the existing ordnance enterprises'overall situation is large in number, widely distributed, low-level product overcapacity, low high-tech products production capacity, and the funds for national defence construction is limited which can not guarantee the full production tasks for all the ordnance enterprises. But the ordnance technology nowadays is related to multitudinous technical fields such as military science, natural science and engineering, that can not be developed successfully depending on single major or unit.To shorten the gap of Chinese and foreign weapons industry, we must have the world first-class scientific research and technology application, and regarding the present situation of science and technology resources scattered against first-class achievements of industrial production, so future development of weapons industry must concentrate the advanced science and technology resources, and organize all the resources, exert the advantages of 1+ 1> 2 theory to enhance the competitive in the international market. Improve science and technology development and application level, and improve our comprehensive national strength.The thesis is to analyze the situation of weapon industry technology human resource from the perspective of scientific concept of development, and find the problems on weapon industry technology resource and the barriers to the integration of technology resources, uphold the principles of human-oriented, considering all aspects while planning, sustainable development, to propose the basic mode and path of integration of the weapon industry technology resource to enhance the competitive power of weapon technology industry, and realize the sustainable development of weapon technology industry.
