Our country is in the process of industrial transformation, but its development pattern still bases on agriculture. In the short run, macro-economy won’t get rid of its reliance upon agriculture. As the main supplier of raw material and labor, agriculture has irreversible into sub-economy. Urban-rural integration society is to implement the scientific development concept and the important strategic thoughts and practice, is an important foothold initiatives.From the general sense of speaking, rural and urban districts are interrelated and interdependent and complement each other, promote each other. Since the reform and opening-up, our country develops rapidly, but countryside remains unchanged. The supplement of financial services focuses on rural and urban areas are totally different. Rural financial services cannot meet the needs of integration development to balancing surpluses and shortages of funds in different divisions.Macroscopically, rural financial institutions are inefficient, social security system in countryside cannot provide basic living security for the farmers who lose farmland and migrant workers. From the micro-level, countries nearby cities are blessed with obvious advantages. Land requisition brings capital and opportunities to local people but financial support fall behind which restraint those areas to develop more rapidly. Therefore, this paper emphasizes how the development of rural finance give assistance to rural-urban integration from above mentioned binary levels.Main contributions and initiatives of this study is investigations are divided into the macro and micro levels. Based on the rural financial institutions reform and policy support from central and local governments, rural-urban integration is doomed to be realized.
