LDS Building Materials Company is a company specializing in architectural steel sales. After six years of hard working,the company has had a rapid development. However being, faced with the current economic changes, our country’s building materials industry which is in periodic development has been hin dered with regard to its porduct sales.. Currently LDS Building Materials Company is also confronted with many problems in development.As a senior manager of LDS building materials company, I believe that it needs a careful analysis and a research of the company’s development, to work out a suitable way for the company’s development. In this paper, based on the actual development of the company and the use of EMBA management knowledge, the author has analyzed the company’s external environment and internal situation, and also has researched the development strategic of the company.The article is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is about the development and problems of LDS Building Materials Company. This chapter begins with the reviewing of the background of the establishment of the company and its development process, explaining the company’s current situation, and then points out the problems of the company development in staff management, marketing model, and financing path and so on.The second chapter is about LDS Building Materials Company’s environment analysis. This chapter first has an overview of enterprise strategic management, and then using of the SWOT analysis thought, analyzes the company’s external macro and micro environment and internal environment by the means of adopting ideology, respectively PEST model and the five forces model on analysis. The third chapter is about the strategic options of LDS Building Materials Company. This chapter first describes the vision of the company’s development, and then sets the company’s strategic goals and makes the choice of company’s corporate strategy, and finally discusses the strategic choices of the company’s functional departments, such as the human resources department, marketing department, and financial department and so on.The fourth chapter is about the strategy implementation and control of LDS Building Material Company. According to the company’s strategic options of Chapter III, this chapter discusses how to implement the company’s specific strategy in the company’s functional departments, like the human resources department, marketing department, financial department and so on, and then put forward suggestions to the strategic control of the company.The author hopes that this article will provide useful help to the healthy development of LDS Building Material Company, to find out a sustainable development of the company. And make the staff be proud of the company’s development, let the company pride in the staff’s achievements! At the same time, I will be very happy if the article can be a little reference on the development of the building materials ndustries and enterprises.Due to the limited knowledge of the author, the text will inevitably have errors and omissions, and ask you to comment and enlighten me.
