Accounting for a significant proportion of building materials industry, cement industry have to be faced several dilemmas such as overcapacity,vicious competition and environmental protection requirements improved, as the same time of great developments.With the level and patter of China’s economic development, in the fully competitive industry of cement, how to use market mergers and acquisitions to quickly expand the scale of the development of enterprises, enhance vitality, rapidly and take a leading position in the industry, is a important question worthy of study.Under the background, this thesis conducted researches for M&A strategies of The China National Building Materials Company Limitid and analysis, the use of M&A theory, some of the theories and methods of the efficiency theory.
