Under the condition of population aging in China, according to theory of population changing and market demand, after analysing the elderly consuming market from the angle of aging industry and pension institutions, this article researches relation and discipline between the purchasing power and purchasing desire of elderly and their demand. After analyzation, this article looks into the future of China’s aging consumer market.Firstly, we explain China’s aging consumer market from the angle of demand theory. There’re three factors, which are population size, purchasing power and purchasing intention, to have effect on market demand. That means we should analyze the size of aging population and their character on consuming. With purchasing power and desire being constant, as a main factor affecting the market, the more population quantity is, the more demand they need. During the quickly development of aging, it must have some certain influence on market demand. Whereas, as the main factor and promoting condition to expand the market demands, purchasing power and desire will influence on market demand as well. When analysing it, we have connect the three factors to expand the demand and to have an influence on economics. On the other hand, as the main part in the society, different people have verious consumer demands, especially the aging people. On account of discrepancy in aging people’s income, location, sex, nationality, culture, marriage and family and so on, all have some influention on different consumer structure. All of them we mentioned above will be affect on consumer the aging needs, which included discreption, size, quality, and quantity. Therefore, the character of population will have a reflection on their consumer stucture, which made China’s aging consumer market is a differential market.Secondly, under the current conditions, we can analyze the status quo of China’s aging consumer market with the description of current and characteristic of population aging in China, explain restraining factors which affected developing of aging consumer market, and look into the future of it. After analyzation in this article, we can find four characteristics in China’s population aging, which can exercise great influence over dependency ratio, savings ratio, consuming structure and social security in the future. Population aging will bring out unexpectable opportunities for China’s economics. Meanwhile, it is obvious that China’s aging consmuer market is the one which has a growing number of aging people which reveal the prosperous future of aging market in China. After study, we have a conclusion of restraining factor on China’s aging consumer market, which is insufficient and inaccurate position in goods for aging people, the traditional view etc.Population aging has provided aging industry needs and basic conditions for its forming and developing. It has a close connection between them. According to this, there can be a positive effection for aging consumer market from quickly developing in aging industry. It also has the chance for aging industry in China from the four characteristics in China’s population aging. However, aging industry is still on a level of starting stage, and still in few areas such as medical care etc. there are many reasons for that:aging consumer market itself, investor’s misunderstanding, aging system and policies and so on. Therefore, to solve those problem during population aging in China, we can take some suggestions above: firstly, provide some service suitable for elderly people; secondly, aquire government support; thirdly, reallocate resources for the elderly.It brought a large quantity elderly people in the rapid expansion of China’s aging population. The percentage of elderly people is growing up in the whole society, which means more people needs pension institutions. China’s current pension model are family support, retirement communities, aged caring institutions. After a long development of China’s society, it is a trend for the elderly to live in apartment for elderly people, which provided a rare opportunity for some voluntary agencies. However, development of pension insititutions isn’t suit for the needs of population aging. It shows that imbalance of supply and demand in aging service, which restrain development of old-age care. For this, we analyze the development of some pension institution to look into the future of its direction. There is a developing space in pension institutions with government support. Those bring about further develop of China’s aging consumer market.
